Job Description:
UTL Solar is hiring a Dispatch Executive for our manufacturing plant in Dadri. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual with 1–3 years of experience in dispatch operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch activities and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Maintain dispatch records, stock register, and shipment tracking
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials
- Handle customer and dealer dispatch-related queries
- Coordinate with store, production, and sales teams for dispatch planning
- Maintain compliance with dispatch protocols and company SOPs
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, inventory software preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiar with dispatch documentation and transport coordination
- Immediate joiners preferred
