Mentors Daily is looking for a driven and communication-focused UPSC Sales Counselor (Inside Sales) who can guide UPSC aspirants and help them choose the right mentorship program.
The role involves counseling students over calls and WhatsApp, understanding their preparation challenges, and converting leads into enrollments through genuine guidance and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel UPSC aspirants through calls and WhatsApp
Understand student background, preparation level, and pain points
Explain mentorship programs and preparation strategy clearly
Convert inquiries into paid enrollments
Handle objections related to fees, preparation doubts, and competition
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads
Update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
Strong Hindi communication skills (English is a plus)
Good convincing and counseling ability
Understanding of UPSC preparation ecosystem
Experience in EdTech sales / inside sales preferred
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Target-oriented and disciplined personality
Preferred Candidate
UPSC aspirant or someone familiar with UPSC preparation
Experience in counseling or mentorship sales
