Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages according to the bistro’s service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Assist guests with menu recommendations, daily specials, and dietary requests.
Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle guest inquiries, billing, and payments politely while ensuring customer satisfaction.
