We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and run A/B tests to improve campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and performance dashboards
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging digital strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
- Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven success in managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Experience in the D2C beauty and personal care industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
