We're a focused team growing with intention, and we need someone on the BD side who can match that energy.
The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Executive who has done this before — someone who knows how to find the right clients, build a pipeline that actually converts, and work smart without needing hand-holding.
You'll own outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management end-to-end. You'll work closely with the founder, stay aligned with company direction, and contribute to how we grow — not just execute tasks.
Primary focus is global clients. Indian market is approached selectively.
What You'll Own
- Building and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified leads across platforms
- Running outreach campaigns — structured, tested, and iterated
- Qualifying prospects properly before time is invested
- Tracking performance, identifying what's working, and adjusting
- Staying in sync with the founder on strategy and direction
- Improving conversion at every stage — not just top of funnel
What We're Looking For
- 1.5–4 years in business development, preferably in a tech, software, or digital services environment
- Knows how to use modern BD tools — CRMs, outreach platforms, prospecting tools — and picks up new ones fast
- Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows for research, personalization, and outreach efficiency
- Strong written English — most communication with clients will be async and written
- Can work independently, self-manage targets, and communicate progress proactively
- Understands how to position a technical company to non-technical buyers
- Not looking for a playbook to follow — looking to build one
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
+ Performance-based commission and incentives
