Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Production: Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce high-quality
educational and promotional videos using 100% AI-driven tools (e.g., text-to-video,
image-to-video, AI-powered animation, and voice synthesis).
- Hybrid Editing: Serve as an expert video editor, skillfully blending AI-generated footage
with traditionally shot, real-world video to create cohesive, polished, and engaging
narratives.
- Advanced Post-Production: Perform all aspects of post-production, including
advanced color grading, audio mixing, sound design, and mastering, to ensure all final
video assets meet our brand standards.
- Technology & Workflow Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI video technology.
Continuously research, test, and implement new tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Pika, etc.)
and workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Video Production, marketing, and
academic teams to understand project briefs, provide creative input on the "art of the
possible" with AI, and deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Motion Graphics (Added Value): Design and animate compelling motion graphics
(titles, lower thirds, data visualizations, and explainers) to enhance video content, using
both AI tools and traditional software.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves:
- Proven Portfolio: A strong portfolio that must include projects demonstrating hands-on
expertise with leading generative AI video and image tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs,
Kaiber, Midjourney, DALL-E 3, etc.). Expert Video Editor: Expert-level proficiency in professional non-linear editing (NLE)
software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- Technical & Creative Blend: A deep understanding of core filmmaking principles:
storytelling, composition, pacing, lighting, and audio design, with the technical skill to
execute that vision using new technologies.
- Adaptability: A curious, proactive, and highly adaptable mindset, with a passion for
learning in a fast-evolving technological landscape.
- Problem-Solver: A creative problem-solver who can navigate the limitations of current
AI tools and invent new workflows to achieve a desired outcome.
Huge Advantage (Highly Preferred):
- Motion Graphics: Demonstrable experience in motion graphics and animation using
Adobe After Effects or similar software.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
