We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations and support the hospital's workforce management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, statutory compliance, attendance, and payroll coordination. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with department heads to ensure smooth HR processes. Candidates with prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure statutory and labor law compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support performance appraisal activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Assist in manpower planning and staffing.
- Support HR audits and accreditation requirements.
Experience
- Minimum 3 year plus of HR experience.
- Hospital or healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll, and labor laws is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
