A Senior HR Executive manages core human resources functions, including full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. They develop HR policies, analyze HR metrics, and act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and selection, using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Onboarding & HR Operations: Oversee new hire induction, orientation, and maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and databases.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, assist in setting KPIs, and conduct review procedures.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, and manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Organize employee events, conduct exit interviews, and foster a healthy work environment.
- Compensation & Payroll: Assist with payroll administration, salary negotiations, benefits, and compensation structuring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 3–6+ years of experience in human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Key Skills: Strong communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
