Pegasus Growth LLP (SEBI Reg. No. IN/AIF3/23-24/1306) is hiring.
We manage Pegasus Growth Fund I, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund, long-only Multi-cap fund. Five of us, in Andheri West, Mumbai. A second scheme is in preparation.
THE ROLE:
One person to own compliance. You report to the Founding Partner. On certification you will be appointed Compliance Officer of the Investment Manager.
COMPLIANCE (the mandate):
The obligation register. SEBI quarterly reporting. Trustee and PPM audit coordination. FIU-IND and AML, LEI, CKYC and CERSAI. Stewardship and personal trading policies along with the access register.
REQUIRED:
- Four or more years in compliance in Indian financial services: AIF, PMS, mutual fund, broker, custodian, fund administrator or RTA.
- You have owned a regulatory filing end to end, not assisted on one.
- CA, CS, LLB, MBA Finance or an equivalent professional record.
- Mumbai based or willing to relocate. This is an in-office role.
CERTIFICATION, PLEASE READ:
From 1 January 2027 SEBI requires the Compliance Officer of an AIF manager to hold NISM Series III-C (Securities Intermediaries Compliance, Fund). We therefore need it held, or booked with a test date no later than 30 November 2026. Held is strongly preferred. We cover the cost and give you study time.
