Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding beGalileo's programs and offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with prospective leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address their queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, customer service, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates based in Bangalore will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Passion for education and helping students make informed decisions.
