Purpose of the Job:
To provide exceptional care for child(ren). This role combines premium, developmental childcare with the clinical expertise of a paediatric nurse. The ideal candidate will manage daily routines, track developmental milestones, and confidently handle any medical or emergency situations in the home care setup.

Technical Qualification
Valid Nursing Registration with the State Nursing Council (for nursing roles), Certification in Infant CPR, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS); Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is preferred
Essential Years of work experience and Qualification
3- 5 Yrs experience in paediatric nursing, NICU, PICU, Children's hospitals or Home Healthcare / B.Sc, M.Sc (nursing), GNM/ANM.
Industry Preferences (If any)
Home Health Care, Paediatric ward in Hospitals.
Mandatory Skills/ Competencies
Strong Paediatric Assessment and clinical nursing skills.
Strong observation and documentation skills.
Excellent child handling and caregiving abilities.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor Vitals: Track the child’s physical growth, sleep cycles, and nutritional intake.
Meds & Treatments: Safely administer prescribed medications, vitamins, or breathing treatments if required.
Symptom Assessment: Identify early signs of illness, allergies, or respiratory distress and act immediately.
Hygiene Standards: Maintain a sterile, safe environment for the child, ensuring strict sterilization of bottles, toys, and feeding utensils.
Infant Routine: Manage feeding schedules, burping, safe-sleep swaddling, and diapering routines.
Milestone Tracking: Design age-appropriate, screen-free activities to stimulate cognitive, motor, and language development (e.g., tummy time, reading, sensory play).
Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy, nutrition-dense meals and snacks tailored to the child's developmental stage or dietary restrictions.
Light Nursery Duties: Keep the child’s bedroom, play areas, and wardrobe organized and clean.
Professional Requirements:
Communication: Fluency in English is must to clearly report daily updates to parents and paediatrician.
Discretion: Absolute commitment to family privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
Discipline: Emotional resilience, high patience, and a genuine love for child development.
Attendance and punctuality
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, nights, or live-in assignments if required.
