Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive – Interior Designing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, vendor coordination, and purchase planning for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, supplier management, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end procurement activities for interior projects.
· Source and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and delivery terms.
· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
· Coordinate with Project, Estimation, and Accounts teams for procurement planning.
· Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites.
· Maintain vendor databases and evaluate supplier performance.
· Ensure quality, quantity, and timely procurement of materials.
· Track purchase budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Resolve procurement-related issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
· Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.
· 5–8 years of experience in procurement for interior fit-out projects.
· Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, hardware, electrical, plumbing, and finishing products.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience and interview performance).
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
