Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to navigate challenges and drive the project towards completion while maintaining a focus on delivering value to clients and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of security controls within project deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from planned objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements related to cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement control configurations that align with organizational risk management strategies.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to integrate security solutions effectively.
- Skilled in analyzing complex security issues and developing comprehensive mitigation plans.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
