We’re looking for passionate and dynamic Business Development Executives (freshers & experienced) who have a strong interest in the EdTech sector.
Your role will focus on driving student enrollments, partnership acquisition, and expanding our learning programs through consultative sales.
- Connect with potential students and parents to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.

Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and counselling to enrollment closure.

Maintain strong follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure conversions.

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and reports in CRM tools.

Identify new business opportunities through colleges, partners, and digital campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Strong interest or prior experience in EdTech / Education sales is mandatory.

Goal-driven and capable of working under performance-based environments.
