Job Description:
We are looking for Collection Executives for our Ernakulam operations. The role involves field collection of EMIs from customers for Two-Wheeler Loans / Gold Loans, including regular and default accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and collect monthly EMIs on time
- Handle default cases and ensure maximum recovery
- Maintain 100% collection efficiency with proper receipts
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Submit daily collection reports to the branch
- Follow company policies and ethical collection practices
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license – Mandatory
- Willingness to do complete field work
- Experience in collections preferred, freshers can also apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
