Aptech Learning Hazratganj is looking for Java Full Stack , AI and ML Trainer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Designing and delivering training programs on Java full Stack and AI , ML programming language and related technologies. Developing training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assignments. Conducting training needs assessments and designing customized training programs to meet the needs of clients. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed. Staying up - to - date with new technologies and trends in the Java industry. Providing ongoing support to clients and learners. Collaborating with other trainers and stakeholders to improve the quality of training programs. Maintaining accurate records of training activities and learner progress. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Core Roles and Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Training
· Deliver classroom and/or online sessions effectively as per Aptech’s curriculum.
· Use interactive and practical methods to explain concepts (hands-on practice, case studies, labs).
· Prepare and customize content when necessary to suit the learner’s needs.
2. Student Support
· Clarify doubts and provide academic support to learners inside and outside the classroom.
· Mentor students through assignments, projects, and real-life simulations.
· Track student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
3. Curriculum Adherence
· Follow Aptech’s standardized curriculum, training methodologies, and assessment methods.
· Stay updated with any curriculum updates and integrate them into sessions.
4. Assessment & Evaluation
· Conduct regular quizzes, tests, practicals, and final assessments.
· Evaluate and grade students fairly and consistently.
· Provide progress reports and communicate with the center coordinator or student advisors.
5. Administration & Reporting
· Maintain records of attendance, academic performance, and course completion.
· Submit periodic reports to the Center Head or Academic Coordinator.
6. Continuous Learning & Development
· Participate in train-the-trainer programs and faculty development workshops.
· Upgrade skills in emerging technologies, tools, or teaching techniques.
7. Student Engagement
· Encourage participation, interaction, and curiosity. And enroll for New courses
· Organize student activities like hackathons, competitions, and presentations.
8. Quality Assurance
· Ensure high-quality delivery that meets Aptech Learning’s academic and customer satisfaction standards.
· Gather feedback from students and implement improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
· Coordinate placement readiness sessions.
· Liaise with industry partners for guest lectures or project collaboration.
· Contribute to marketing efforts like demo sessions or webinars.
And remind and collect order book timely from the student and upskill to the student by upgrading and
repurchase in new courses .
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
