Job Title: Relationship Manager – Sales

Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships across retail and corporate segments. The role involves understanding client insurance needs, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
- Acquire new clients in both retail and corporate segments.
- Generate leads through references, networking, and market outreach.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (premium/revenue-based).
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a single point of contact for all insurance-related requirements.
- Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews.
3. Insurance Advisory & Sales
- Understand client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions (Health, Motor, Property, Liability, Marine, etc.).
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
- Coordinate with insurers to obtain competitive quotations and negotiate terms.
4. Corporate Servicing
- Handle end-to-end servicing of corporate clients including renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
- Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation.
5. Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations).
- Maintain accurate MIS, sales pipeline, and reporting.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all sales and servicing activities comply with regulatory (IRDAI) guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience:
- 2–5 years in insurance broking / general insurance sales
- Experience in both retail and corporate segments preferred
- Certifications: IRDAI certification (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
