Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and Business teams
- Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and quality standards
- Conduct client/stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates
- Manage change requests and scope control
- Maintain project documentation and compliance
- Support project closure, handover, and post-implementation reviews
