Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in soldering/desoldering electronic components.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with Through-Hole, SMD, and reflow soldering processes.
- Experience in lab and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of PCB design/viewing tools such as DipTrace, KiCad, Altium Designer, or Eagle PCB.
- Diploma/ITI/BE/B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC, or a related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Perform soldering, desoldering, PCB assembly, repair, and rework of electronic circuits.
- Handle Through-Hole and SMD components, including 0402 packages.
- Conduct PCB inspection, troubleshooting, and testing activities.
- Assist in BGA rework and advanced PCB repairs (preferred).
- Operate reflow ovens and other PCB assembly equipment.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Manage inventory of electronic components and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with ESD safety standards and laboratory procedures.
- Support engineers in prototyping, testing, and product development.
Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
