Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a GPS Maintenance & Tracking Portal Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining GPS devices installed in vehicles, monitoring the tracking portal, and ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain GPS tracking devices.
- Monitor GPS tracking portal regularly for accurate data and real-time tracking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve GPS-related issues (hardware or software).
- Coordinate with field teams for repairs and replacements.
- Ensure all tracking data is correctly logged and maintained in the system.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on fleet movement and GPS status.
- Maintain documentation of devices, installations, and maintenance history.
- Respond promptly to customer or internal queries related to tracking issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in GPS device handling or tracking system operations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle electronics and GPS hardware.
- Familiarity with online GPS tracking portals and software.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English and local language.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site GPS maintenance (as needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics/Telecom/Computer Hardware.
- Experience with fleet management systems is a plus.
