About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Representative with experience in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, skilled at building relationships, and capable of generating qualified leads and business opportunities through outbound calling campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who is target-oriented, hungry for growth, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and potential customers across Australia.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and CRM activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively close opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience working with Australian customers or businesses is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Australian business culture and customer expectations.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Strong objection handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in digital marketing, automotive, technology, SaaS, or B2B sales industries.
- Experience with appointment setting and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with Australian time zones and business practices.
