Role Description: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site activities for interior and design execution projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This full-time hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with primary responsibilities at project sites and some work-from-home tasks such as documentation, reporting, and coordination. Daily duties include monitoring contractor and worker performance, checking materials and finishes against design specifications, and resolving on-site issues in consultation with project managers and designers. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with vendors and clients, maintain site logs, track progress, and ensure compliance with safety and company guidelines. The role also involves preparing status reports, assisting with site measurements, and supporting handover and snag rectification activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision for interior, construction, or design execution projects, preferably in residential or commercial spaces.
- Strong project coordination abilities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and managing contractors and workers on site.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, with attention to detail in finishes and materials.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices and site management procedures to maintain a safe and organised work environment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, design teams, vendors, and labour teams, with clear reporting and documentation.
- Basic proficiency in tools such as email, spreadsheets, and project documentation software; familiarity with design or CAD tools is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to and work at multiple sites within Mumbai, with flexibility for extended hours when project timelines require.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
