Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Production team. The Production Chemist will assist in manufacturing operations, follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain production records, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations. This role offers excellent learning opportunities in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing production activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines during manufacturing operations.
- Perform weighing, charging, sampling, and material handling under supervision.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Warehouse teams as required.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in training programs related to GMP, safety, and production processes.
- Support continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives.
Eligibility
- Education: B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), and an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of chemistry and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
