We are looking for a creative and execution-focused professional to plan, direct, and manage social media content and marketing campaigns. The role involves generating content ideas, creating content strategies, directing reels and video shoots, coordinating with videographers, editors, designers, and working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute impactful campaigns. The candidate will not be required to shoot or edit content but will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas for social media and digital marketing.
- Plan and direct Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, testimonials, and branding content.
- Create content calendars and campaign plans aligned with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, graphic designers, and social media teams for execution.
- Write or review scripts, shot lists, captions, and creative briefs.
- Research market trends, competitor content, and viral formats.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and product launches.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through creative content.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Creative Direction.

- Excellent communication, planning, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams and managing content execution.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
