Position: Junior Architect
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Architect who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative studio environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, good technical skills, and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare concept drawings, presentation drawings, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Prepare material palettes, specifications, and schedules.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, documentation, and construction coordination.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and tender documentation.
- Support project documentation and maintain organized project files.
- Participate in design discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure drawings comply with studio standards and project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0 – 4 years of professional experience.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar visualization software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction detailing and materials.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Knowledge of working with Ai for Rendering is a Plus point.
