KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee complete Accounts & Finance operations
- Finalization of Accounts & Coordination with Auditors
- Banking & Finance Management including CC/OD limits, CMA data, term loans etc.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax and ROC compliance supervision
- Preparation of MIS, Cash Flow, Budgeting & Financial Reporting
- Coordination with Merchant Bankers, Company Secretaries and Professionals for SME IPO
process
- Ensure internal controls and compliance systems for future listed-company requirements
- Liaison with banks, auditors, consultants and government authorities
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Chartered Accountant (Preferred) / MBA Finance / CMA
- 5–10 years relevant experience in manufacturing / pharma / chemical SME sector
- Exposure to SME IPO process or listed-company compliance preferred
- Strong knowledge of Accounts, Audit, Banking and Statutory Compliance
- Hands-on approach with high integrity and documentation discipline
- Good communication and coordination skills
Candidates having practical exposure to banking, audit coordination and SME compliance
systems will be preferred.
