Call inbound leads from Facebook ads and WhatsApp within 2 hours of lead creation
- Follow up minimum 5 times per lead over 15 days — never give up after one call
- Send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages professionally
- Close leads and collect payment via Razorpay / Google Pay / PhonePe
- Collect client documents via WhatsApp and upload to Google Drive
- Update all leads daily in Google Sheet and SalesMax CRM
- Send daily report to founder via WhatsApp

- Are you comfortable maintaining a Daily Sales Report (DSR), updating CRM after every client interaction, recording meeting notes, and submitting daily work reports?
- Are you comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets), video calls, and AI tools such as ChatGPT for sales communication and follow-ups?
- Our organization documents every sales process through SOPs, call recordings, meeting notes, and training videos to ensure consistency. Are you comfortable documenting your work, sharing your sales process with the team, and participating in regular performance reviews?
- How many years of experience do you have in sales? Please describe your previous role and the products or services you sold.
- What was your monthly sales target in your previous organization? What was your average monthly achievement? Please mention your best month’s performance.
- Are you fluent in speaking and Writing English ?
