Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve ice creams, desserts, and beverages as per brand standards
Handle billing and cash/card payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Assist in stock management and daily store operations
Follow opening and closing shift procedures
