Position: Sales Lead Generator
Experience: 1–2 years in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
Location: Chandigarh - Tricity (Field role – local travel required)
Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Lead Generator to drive customer acquisition for RICHWAAL Spaces. This role is critical in building our project pipeline by identifying potential customers and creating strong first-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local networking
- Approach homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers
- Introduce RICHWAAL’s modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and project timeline
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales/design team
- Maintain and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Support marketing campaigns and on-ground activations
- Provide market insights and competitor feedback
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales/lead generation
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented personality
- Comfortable with field work and local travel
- Ownership of a personal two-wheeler is mandatory
