Cat Café Studio is a vibrant café and cat adoption centre in Versova, Mumbai. We are a creative and dynamic space dedicated to animal welfare, fostering community interactions, hosting unique events, and delighting customers with food and beverages themes. We host about 30+ rescued cats, most of whom are senior, disabled or vulnerable looking for permanent loving homes.
THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. 0-1 YRS WORK EXPERIENCE ONLY.
Key responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Collect high quality content for all aspects of Cat Café Studio's (CCS) social media platforms (photo & video)
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, viral formats, and audio, and proactively incorporate them into content strategy.
- Conceptualize, direct, shoot, and edit high impact engaging short-form & long form videos for CCS social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Threads, GMB, LinkedIn)
- Design and develop graphic creatives for CCS Social Media and on-ground marketing
- Manage & schedule content for all CCS Social Media.
- Drive strategy to increase daily engagement and followers on CCS social media accounts.
- Monitor & report online engagement analytics.
Community Awareness:
- Build and sustain Cat Café Studio's position as an expert in the field of Feline Animal Welfare through online and offline initiatives.
- Networking activities to reach brands/influencers/organizations for collaboration.
Marketing:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and engaging content ideas aligned with Cat Café Studio goals.
- Assist in the execution of current and new flagship events at Cat Café Studio.
Requirements*:
- Graduate in Communication Design or Marketing
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design and video editing
- Deep understanding of Social Media platforms
- Strong visual & creative mindset
- Time Management & Multi-tasking Skills
- Loves cats as much as we do!
*As part of the hiring process we will require you to create and edit one reel (15 - 20 seconds) and write a caption for it. This is to evaluate your ability to conceptualize and create content that resonates and matches Cat Cafe Studio’s style of storytelling.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
