Job Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end loan business fulfillment, from lead sourcing to login and coordination till disbursal.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and sourcing targets for housing loans and allied products.
Lead Generation & Marketing Activities
- Generate leads through field marketing activities, referrals, channel partners, builders, and local campaigns.
- Participate in on-ground marketing initiatives, events, and outreach programs to create awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, and local influencers.
Customer Engagement
- Interact with customers to understand their housing finance needs.
- Explain basic loan products, documentation requirements, and processes.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely follow-ups.
Reporting & Learning
- Maintain daily activity reports and lead trackers.
- Learn housing finance products, credit basics, compliance norms, and sales processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
