Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Tiles & Bath ware Sales Manager with 5–10 years of relevant experience in the tiles and bath ware industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, handling dealer and project sales, and expanding the company's market presence. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage and expand dealer, distributor, architect, interior designer, builder, and contractor networks.
- Generate business through project sales, retail channels, and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for smooth execution and delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and product launches.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
