Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all inbound leads received through WhatsApp, calls, emails, and website chat.
Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and timeline.
Update lead information and status in the CRM system accurately and consistently.
Guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing their queries and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service to all leads and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, negotiations, and deals closed on the CRM.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
