Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor Location: Panipat, Haryana Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the daily activities of the housekeeping team. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards. Allocate daily duties and monitor staff performance. Train and guide housekeeping staff. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and housekeeping equipment. Coordinate with the maintenance department for repair requests. Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and hygiene standards. Prepare daily reports and attendance records. Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety standards. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹9,895.17 - ₹16,000.00 per month
