About the Role
Jewel Saga is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive with experience in luxury or jewellery retail. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a passion for luxury sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in clients and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with jewellery trends
- Ensure proper follow-up with potential and existing customers
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer service and order management
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales
- Strong understanding of client servicing and luxury sales etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in closing sales and handling premium clients
- Presentable personality with a professional approach
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products and customer preferences preferred
