Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR administration across departments.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Conduct interviews and finalize candidates
- Manage onboarding and induction process
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Ensure smooth employee joining, transfers, and exit process
- Prepare HR reports and monthly HR MIS
3. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and resolve issues professionally
- Promote healthy work culture and employee engagement activities
- Ensure discipline and maintain workplace standards
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary disbursement
- Ensure PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances
- Maintain compliance documentation and audits
5. Performance Management
- Support appraisal process and performance evaluation
- Implement KPI and goal tracking system
- Assist in promotions, increments, and corrective actions
6. HR Policy & Process Improvement
- Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure HR policy adherence across branches/locations
- Improve HR processes for better efficiency
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs
- Conduct induction and basic HR training for staff
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge in recruitment and employee handling
- Ability to manage multiple departments and branches
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Qualifications
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 to 8+ years experience in HR (Senior role preferred)
Salary
As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
