Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sports facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the venue, manage staff and coaches, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive revenue through memberships, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the sports facility
- Supervise coaches, ground staff, and support staff
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of courts/grounds
- Handle member queries, complaints, and customer service
- Oversee bookings, scheduling, and event coordination
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and facility repairs
- Manage vendor coordination and maintenance work
- Track revenue, expenses, and basic financial reporting
- Promote memberships, tournaments, and special events
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years experience in facility management, sports operations, or event management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and operations management
