Key Responsibilities
- Bid Management: Search for and identify relevant government tenders. Handle end-to-end bidding, from technical bid preparation to financial quote submissions.
- Catalogue Management: Create and manage company product and service catalogues on the GeM platform. Keep product specifications, pricing, and compliance documents up to date.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize essential tender documents, including OEM authorizations, financial sheets, and technical compliance certificates.
- Post-Bid Actions: Track bid statuses, handle post-bid queries, and coordinate the processing of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and Security Deposits.
- Compliance: Stay up to date with the latest GeM policies and government procurement rules. Ensure bid submissions meet all statutory requirements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience handling the GeM portal and general e-tendering.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with a deep understanding of GeM portal operations, dashboard navigation, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) evaluations.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with government buyers, department heads, and internal teams.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
