Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging offline classroom sessions.
- Conduct approximately 50–60 classroom sessions.
- Handle 30 YouTube sessions (mandatory).
- Create and present 15 YouTube Shorts (mandatory).
- Develop quality academic content and support student learning outcomes.
- Contribute to building a strong educational brand through digital and classroom teaching.
Candidate Profile
- Strong subject expertise in the relevant domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching experience in competitive exam coaching is preferred.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding aspirants.
- Ability to engage both classroom and online audiences effectively.
Compensation
- Up to ₹50,000 per month for Kerala PSC and SSC Faculty positions.
- Current Affairs Faculty: Budget up to ₹18,000 per month.
