- Strategic Alignment: Partner with executives to translate business objectives into actionable HR and talent strategies.
- Employee Relations: Manage conflict resolution, address grievances, and handle complex employee relations issues.
- Workforce Planning: Assess staffing needs, analyze turnover metrics, and oversee succession planning.
- Performance & Change Management: Guide managers through performance reviews and support structural business transitions or reorganizations.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, industry standards, and internal company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certifications like SHRM-CP/PHR are often preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of progressive HR experience, usually starting as an HR generalist or specialist.
- Core Competencies: Strong business acumen, data literacy to analyze workforce metrics, excellent communication, and deep empathy.
Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
