We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development & Client Relationship Management Intern who is passionate about sales, customer engagement, and relationship building. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business development, client interactions, CRM, and field operations.
Position Details
Role: Business Development & Client Relationship Management Intern
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite per Week)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend
- Months 1–3: ₹10,000 per month
- Months 4–6: ₹15,000 per month (Performance Based)
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
- Support proposal preparation, onboarding, and business expansion initiatives.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries by collaborating with internal teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction history in CRM tools.
Client Site Visits
- Conduct approximately 6 client site visits per month to meet ongoing clients, strengthen relationships, understand operational requirements, and ensure smooth project coordination.
- Prepare visit summaries and communicate observations with relevant internal teams.
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales, client, and activity records using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on business development and client engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements and project deliverables.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and conducting meetings.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within Bengaluru.
