Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
- Design HR policies and implement the same within the team.
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Support current and future business needs through development and motivation
- Oversee performance appraisal systems
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records
- Manage employee benefits and wellness programs
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
