Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT / AT Technician to assist in surgical and anaesthesia procedures. The candidate will ensure proper preparation of the operation theatre, support doctors during surgeries, and maintain all equipment as per hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgeries
- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized
- Handle OT equipment like monitors, ventilators, and anaesthesia machines
- Maintain proper infection control and hygiene standards
- Check and restock OT supplies and consumables
- Assist in patient positioning and shifting
- Maintain records and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Sc in OT / Anaesthesia Technology
- Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
