Position: Senior HR Executive
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations for manufacturing plant/unit.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for plant and staff hiring.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory rules, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour compliances.
- Experience in manufacturing/plant environment is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workforce and handle employee relations independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹15,090.22 - ₹40,343.61 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
