A leading manufacturer and wholesaler of chains & jewellery in Chandni Chowk, Delhi is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join the team.
This might be for you if:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the jewellery industry is preferred.
- You have handled recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- You communicate confidently and build strong relationships across teams.
- You are fluent in Hindi and English.
- You are comfortable travelling to Chandni Chowk every day.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen HR processes and build a high-performing team.

- Jewellery industry experience preferred
- Daily commute to Chandni Chowk is required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Chandni Chowk, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
