Job Summary
Soans Technology is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support the end-to-end recruitment process and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle candidate follow-ups and offer coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is an added advantage.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Pay: ₹10,860.48 - ₹15,000.00 per month
