We are seeking a Patient Collections Representative who will be responsible for driving end-to-end patientcollection activities, ensuring 100% closure of allocated cases, timely resolution of disputes, and smooth cashflow management.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage all activities related to patient collections, including follow-up on outstanding payments andresolution of disputes/deductions.
● Achieve 100% collection targets on assigned patient cases by ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
● Interact and coordinate with patients, and deliver collection and call targets on daily basis.
● Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, field visits, and other communication channels to ensure timelysettlement of patient dues.
● Collaborate with internal departments to obtain supporting documents and resolve discrepanciesefficiently.
● Accurately maintain and update patient collection records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
● Monitor overdue accounts proactively to minimize delays and strengthen overall cash flows.
Qualifications
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
● Proven ability to achieve assigned collection targets and manage patient interactions effectively.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and hospital stakeholders.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple patient accounts simultaneously
Pay: ₹9,326.02 - ₹28,000.00 per month
