As a Client Servicing Manager at IWP – Indian Wedding Planners, you will play a key role in building, nurturing, and expanding strong client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional service and a high level of client satisfaction while effectively managing their requirements and expectations. You will contribute to our commitment to excellence by delivering seamless client experiences across our wedding planning and event management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage individual client accounts.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to identify their needs and challenges and propose innovative, tailored solutions.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on account status and keep updated records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Manager, Account Manager, or a relevant role in the event management or service industry.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
