Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle room reservation requests through phone, email, or online platforms.
- Confirm, modify, or cancel bookings in the hotel reservation system.
- Provide guests with information about room rates, availability, facilities, and hotel policies.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest details.
- Coordinate with front office and housekeeping departments regarding room availability.
- Process advance payments or booking guarantees when required.
- Assist guests with special requests and travel arrangements.
- Prepare daily reservation reports for management.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Promote hotel packages, offers, and upgrades to increase sales.
