About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our Chennai office, supporting our road construction and maintenance projects based in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career QS professional to gain international project exposure while working from Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for road construction and maintenance works
- Support cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering activities
- Measure and quantify materials, labor, and equipment from drawings and site data
- Assist in preparing interim payment certificates and variation orders
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers in Dubai for accurate quantity take-offs
- Maintain records of contracts, subcontractor accounts, and procurement documentation
- Support in preparing MEP/civil/road-specific measurement sheets
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC/contract conditions where applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong academic project exposure in QS/estimation welcome)
- Basic knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD, CostX, or similar QS software is a plus
- Good communication skills to coordinate with overseas project teams
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with Dubai time zone (if required)
Preferred:
- Knowledge of road/highway BOQ preparation
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards (an advantage, not mandatory)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
